APCMfI was officially announced its launch on Oct.29(Wed)

The Asia-Pacific Consortium of Mathematics for Industry (APCMfI) was officially announced its start on Oct. 30th(Thu), in the Forum "Math-for-Industry" 2014 held at Nishijin Plaza, Kyushu University. In the launch ceremony, Prof.Masato Wakayama(Kyushu Univ.), Prof.Bob Anderssen(CSIRO), Dr.Alexandra Hogan(Australian National Univ.) and Prof.Yasuhide Fukumoto(Kyushu Univ.) gave presentations, directly advocated to the FMfI2014 participants the fulfilment of "Mathematics for Industry” through this new framework.
