[Report] IMI Colloquium in May : Sensitivity of chemical reaction networks: a structural approach

May 20, 2015 seminars

Report for the IMI Colloquium in May has been updated: http://www.imi.kyushu-u.ac.jp/eng/news/view/332

The IMI Colloquium in May Sensitivity of chemical reaction networks: a structural approach Speaker:Atsushi MOCHIZUKI (Theoretical Biology Laboratory, RIKEN / CREST, Japan Science and Technology Agency)

Venue:Lecture Room L-1 (3F, IMI, Kyushu University) In the beginning of this talk, it is explained that the number of equilibrium state patterns of chemical reaction networks after some perturbations is smaller than expected. After that, it is discussed that predicting the chemical reaction networks will be possible by investigating such patterns.
