Art-directable Discrete Models for physically-based method in CG

Introduction:
Creating realistic images has been a major focus in computer graphics, many physically-based methods were provided in this 20 years, but for more art-directable paradigm is very important in practical film-making. Art-directable discrete models are the topic of this joint research project.

We will try to discuss a "fusion" of methodologies of Japanese-CG-Anime, mathematical algorithms, and principles of discretization, so we invited experts of these fields.
