Accommodation

FMfI2019 Accommodation
There are many options for accommodation in Auckland. The few listed below are within walking distance of the Forum venue.

Accommodation on campus
There are rooms available on campus at Te Ohanga Village, less than 5 minutes walk from the conference venue. They are available for any conference participant, not just students. They are very economical. The Promo Code is FMfI2019. It has been applied for dates a few days prior and post the conference to give delegates some flexibility, according to their travel.

The link for bookings is HERE

Enter your desired dates and the code in the promo code field and the reduced rate will appear for you. The screenshot below (example only) shows what to expect on the booking page.

You can find the price from the booking page. It depends how many nights, and whether you want to pay a bit less for the non-refundable option. It is around NZD55-60 per night.

Accommodation:Other options off campus (but within walking distance)

Travel from the airport

There are several options, including the Skybus, see HERE

Another, and maybe better option for transport from the airport is to use a taxi company called Cheap Cabs. The fare for a cab that can take up to 4 passengers is NZD74 from the airport to the campus at Albany. The fare is less for travel to Auckland City (around NZD40.) This is door-to-door so would be a more comfortable option. The drivers would meet passengers at the airport. Payment to the driver would be in cash or by card. Book at HERE
