Forum Mathematics for Industry 2022 brings together an exciting international program of speakers who employ mathematical and statistical techniques to benefit public health and sustainability in a hybrid format – in person in Melbourne Australia, and online through our platform.
Under the auspices of
the Asia Pacific Consortium of Mathematics for Industry (APCMfI), the Forum Mathematics for Industry (FMfI) is an annual event that brings together mathematicians working at the interface of industrial and applied mathematics to solve challenges with and for industry. FMfI promotes the cause of mathematics and its applications, bringing together mathematicians to foster collaboration and share knowledge.
The forum consists of series of invited talks around a central theme – this year Mathematics for Public Health and Sustainability – together with a
poster session for higher degree research students and postdoctoral researchers (and industry/government equivalent early career mathematicians) on the broader theme of mathematics for industry. We look forward to you joining us in person at La Trobe University, Melbourne, or online, for this event.
